Demo Components
1. Time Horizon Visualization
3-horizon scenario navigation:
- 3–10 years: Sovereign capacity as talent retention mechanism
- 10–30 years: Climate migration infrastructure (AI compute today → population support tomorrow)
- 50 years: Global leadership in clean AI (energy geography as competitive moat)
Interactive: select a horizon → see the state of energy / compute / talent dynamics for that period.
2. ForesightScope™
A cone of time representing alternative histories, future possibilities, and scenarios. Each scenario within the scope can serve as a basis for evaluating business tools and strategic positions.
- Collection of scenarios with their trajectories, timelines, and dependencies
- Scenarios relate to each other — branching possibilities from decision points
- Each scenario provides a “reality” context for running business tool evaluations
- Amplified time axis: AI-assisted weak signal detection provides an additional temporal dimension for all evaluations
3. Business Strategy Tools (Temporal)
- Temporal Business Model Canvas: BMC that evolves with time slider — shows revenue model shifts from pilot → scale → leadership
- Strategy Maps over Time: Strategic positioning changes per scenario selection
- Porter’s Five Forces over Time: Competitive landscape evolution across the ForesightScope
- Build-to-Manage Revenue Model: Energy companies transition from power generation to energy+compute providers
4. Investment Vehicle Prototype (Blockchain)
A mechanism for Canadians to invest in sovereign distributed energy+AI infrastructure:
- Tokens collateralized against physical renewable energy + compute infrastructure
- Economic flywheel: investment → more infrastructure → increased backing value
- Utility: tokens redeemable for compute time on sovereign distributed network
- All assets physically in Canada, under Canadian law
