Alex Li is a Director of Product Design at RBC, where he leads AI-powered wealth management advisor experiences. He brings over a decade of design leadership across financial services and fintech — including senior roles at Questrade (where he built the digital banking design team), Capital One, and IBM.
Alex is passionate about scaling innovation through design thinking by enabling cross-functional teams to harness the power of customer empathy to solve meaningful problems. He holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from OCAD University, with a focus on UX design, design research, strategy, and foresight.
