Own editorial strategy, voice, and production across web, events, and partner channels for Nova Roma programmes and the wider network.

Role
Set direction for what we publish and how it sounds: editorial calendar, style guides, major launches, and ongoing storytelling with initiatives and partners. You lead or coordinate writers and contributors and ensure quality, clarity, and accessibility.
You
- Three or more years in editorial, content strategy, or related leadership roles, ideally in mission-driven or complex subject matter environments.
- Excellent judgment on structure, tone, and audience; experience managing freelancers or internal contributors.
- Comfortable collaborating with design, programmes, and leadership; French or additional languages are an asset.
